Planning the transport
Send us the day’s program: the ceremony venue, the reception venue, the guests’ hotels, the times and the number of people for each transfer. Based on this, we prepare a transport plan and a single quote for the whole day.
If the wedding takes place in another city or on the coast, we also organize your guests’ trip from Tirana or the airport to the wedding venue, as well as their return.

- Allow extra time for photos and for weekend traffic

Can we book the minibus for the whole wedding day?
Yes. The minibus can be at your guests’ disposal throughout the day, according to your program, or only for the main transfers.
What if the celebration lasts longer than planned?
Let us know as soon as possible. In most cases we can adjust the return time; if more hours are needed, we’ll tell you the change in price in advance.
Can we pick up guests from several hotels?
Yes. Send us the list of hotels and the number of guests at each one, and we’ll plan the route so that everyone arrives on time.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, we recommend booking a few weeks in advance, especially in summer and for weekends. That way we can make sure we have the right minibuses for your day.
