1. Who is responsible for your data

Minibus Rental Albania is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at [email protected], or by phone and WhatsApp at +355 69 208 9616.

2. What data we collect

• Request form: your name, phone number, email address, your message and the page from which you sent the request.
• Messages and calls: the details you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Bookings: the details we need to organise your trip, such as the number and names of passengers, pickup addresses and flight or ferry numbers.
• Technical data: your IP address is processed when you visit the website. To protect the request form from spam, we keep it for 10 minutes as an unreadable code (a hash), only to count the requests sent from the same address. When you accept the notice about our terms, we keep the same kind of code for 30 days, only so that the notice is not shown to you again.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

3. How we use your data

• to answer your requests and prepare quotes;
• to organise and carry out your trip, and to contact you about it;
• to meet our legal obligations, for example for accounting and tax;
• to keep the website and the request form secure.

We use your data because you ask us for a quote or a booking, because the law requires it, or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping our website secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.

4. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Apart from strictly necessary security cookies that Cloudflare may set, cookies are used only when our staff log in to manage the website.

The website uses these services:

• Cloudflare delivers the website and protects it from attacks. It processes technical data such as your IP address.
• Google Fonts: the font of the website is loaded from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us there. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to these conversations.

If we add other services in the future, for example visitor statistics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where this is required.

5. Who we share your data with

• the driver and, where needed, a partner transport company that carries out your trip;
• the providers that host our website and email on our behalf;
• public authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep requests and messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and your trip. Booking and invoice records are kept for the period required by Albanian law. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania (idp.al) or, if you live in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the request form is protected against spam. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
