1. Who we are

Minibus Rental Albania provides private minibus transport with a professional driver: airport and port transfers, transfers between cities, tours and multi-day trips in Albania and the neighbouring countries. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Minibus Rental Albania, and “you” means the person who requests or books the service.

2. Requests and quotes

Sending a request through our website, by email or on WhatsApp is free and does not commit you to anything.

We prepare each quote from the details you give us: pickup point and destination, date and time, number of passengers and bags, stops along the way and whether you need a return trip. If these details change, the price may change too.

Prices published on the website, for example for transfers from Tirana Airport, are per minibus and one way, unless stated otherwise.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or on WhatsApp.

The confirmation states the price, what it includes, and how and when payment is made, including any deposit. Please check it carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

4. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they depend on the availability of vehicles and drivers.

The cancellation conditions for your trip, including any fees, are stated in your booking confirmation.

If we have to cancel a confirmed booking ourselves, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or a refund of the amount you have paid for that service.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us correct and complete details, including your flight or ferry number for transfers, so that we can plan the pickup.
• Be ready at the agreed time and place. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible.
• Do not exceed the number of passengers and the amount of luggage agreed in the booking.
• Tell us in advance if you are travelling with small children, need child seats or wheelchair access, or are carrying bulky items.
• Follow the driver’s safety instructions and wear a seat belt where one is fitted. Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.

The driver may refuse to carry passengers whose behaviour puts the safety of others at risk. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged.

6. Liability

We carry out every trip with due care and with professional drivers.

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, border controls or strikes, or for connections missed as a result of them.

You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trip. Please check that you have everything before you leave the vehicle.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

7. Use of this website

We keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but routes, prices and services may change. The quote or confirmation we send you always takes precedence over the general information on the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly. If that is not possible, the competent courts of Albania have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date of your booking applies to that booking.
