Across the border

Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Croatia and Greece are only a few hours away. Travel times don’t include waiting at the border; every passenger needs a valid passport or ID card, depending on their nationality.

Frequently asked questions

What are the most popular transfers from Tirana Airport?

We’re most often asked for Tirana and Durres, the Riviera beaches such as Vlora, Dhermi, Saranda and Ksamil, and historic cities such as Berat and Shkodra. You’ll find the fixed prices for all 66 destinations on the Tirana Airport transfers page.

How long does it take from the airport to my destination?

From about 20 minutes to Vora to about six and a half hours to Thessaloniki. You’ll find the time for each destination under How far is it?; times are approximate and don’t include waiting at the border.

Can we stop along the way?

Yes. Short stops for coffee, lunch or photos are no problem. If you want to visit something along the way, let us know when you book so we can factor it into the schedule.

How do I choose a destination if I only have a few days?

For one or two days, choose places close to the airport, such as Tirana, Kruja, Durres or Berat. For four to seven days, one of the itineraries above will show you a lot in a short time. Tell us what you like and we’ll help you plan it.
