Route and travel time

From Tirana Airport, the road heads south via Fier and Vlora, passes Orikum and climbs to the Llogara Pass, more than 1,000 meters above sea level. From the pass it winds down to Palasa and Dhermi, with views over the Ionian Sea. The distance is about 200 km and the drive takes about 3.5 hours.
